Hi there! I'm Meena and I love getting involved in all things design, creative, and content. At Hired, I'm hands-on with design, copywriting, social media, and project management. I graduated from UT Austin in 2021 with a degree in International Relations & Global Studies. However, I decided to pursue my interest in marketing and design. Luckily, I've thoroughly enjoyed leveraging my multi-disciplinary background to find success.
While I create and ideate independently, I also enjoy bouncing ideas off of others in a collaborative work environment. I'm an asker of many questions but still deliver high-quality work with little direction. My high learning agility means I'm keen on acquiring new skills quickly and can wear all sorts of hats. My current manager calls me a "lifelong learner"!
Outside of work, I'm proud to say I'm an avid volunteer. I'm currently committed to service for The Center for Child Protection and Austin Pets Alive. Fun fact: I've been a foster mom to both cats and dogs! In my free time, you'll also find me creating art, traveling, and staying active.
